Since beginning my one month stay in Laos, I've been enjoying the local super foods! Check out this behemoth of a citrus fruit. This is Pomelo it looks like a green bowling ball before the they take a knife to the very thick rind. Inside is a matrix of delicious oversized jewels filed with juice. They taste like a sweet grapefruit with a hint of orange. Pomelos are native to South East Asia and are very healthy!(Image not shown due to low ratings)
