Two weeks ago I posted a steak recipe and was asked by my steem-mate for some photos. I am quit sorry for such a late reply . As this recipe takes 2.5 hours Plus to prepare. Today was the first time since, that I had the opportunity to prepare this wonderful recipe.
So I took the best rump steak I could get and added the entire ingredient together the previous evening. For this recipe please check my post on slow baked sticky steak
This is how it looked before I refrigerated the steak last night
After marinating over night you can see that the meat color darkened. It was time to add to a baking tray.
I then covered it with aluminium foil.
It was perfect timing on my side as the marinated steak was in the oven around 10am . This allowed me to switch on the tele and watch some cricket. Also the meal will be done by 12.30pm-1.00pm just in time for lunch.I was surely looking forward to this scrumptious meal.
This is the final product after 2.5 hours .
My family and I enjoyed the meal. The meat was super tender. It would brake with the touch of the fingers. I would recommend this recipe to all .
Thanks for keeping me posted! I'll need to try this with some moose steaks and see how it turns out. Looks yummy.
thanks for appreciating my feed back. Moose steak would be a lot more tough I would think . If so you could cook for a little longer
@writemore - there is NOTHING that beats a SUPER tender steak!!!! YUM!!!! I wish I had stumbled across "you" prior to this post - as I would have suggested that you enter it into my recently launched #whatscookingchallenge - but perhaps you can entertain us with a "re-do" ;)
What a shame maybe I will sent another post with another recipe ,need some time though
That would be AWESOME! and it is an ongoing challenge.... so ANYTIME!!! :)
I'm grateful. The hard work you have done should be praised. You are worthy of it. I should definitely taste the yummy stake. Its amazing. Your hard work are prise worthy . Thank you veey much.
