Pineapple and chicken stir-fry

   INGREDIENTS

 1. 350g chicken fillets 

2. 120ml soya sauce 

3. 120ml water

 4. 40ml lemon juice 

 5. 25ml oil (olive oil) 

6. ½ cubed pineapple

 7. Julienne vegetables  A.   100g carrots   

                                           B.  100g peppers  

                                           C.  100g mushrooms 

 8.  Cubed vegetables     A. 100g tomatoes 

                                           B. 100g onion  

9. 100g sweet corn 

 10. 200g rice 

 11. 150g spaghetti  

12. 1 tsp fine red chillies    

 13. 2 tsp crushed garlic 

 14. 1 tsp salt 

 成份

1。 350g 鸡鱼片

2。 120毫升酱油

3。 120毫升水

4。 40ml 柠檬汁

5。 25毫升油(橄榄油)

6。 0.5 立方菠萝

7。 Julienne 蔬菜 A 100g 胡萝卜

B 100g 辣椒

C 100g 蘑菇

8。 立方蔬菜 A 100g 番茄

B 100g 洋葱

9。 100g 甜玉米

10。 200g 大米

11。 G 150

12 意大利式细面条。 1 汤匙细红辣椒

13。 2 汤匙压碎大蒜

14。 1 tsp 盐


METHOD  

1. Heat the wok , add the chicken ,oil, chillies and garlic allow to cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat 

2. Add the onion and tomatoes for 3-4 minutes 

3. Add pineapple and all vegetables 

4.  Add precooked rice and spaghetti 5. Lastly add the salt and soya sauce.  

           Enjoy 

     

方法
1.吃锅,加入鸡肉,油,辣椒和大蒜允许在中等温度下煮1-2分钟
2.加入洋葱和西红柿3-4分钟
3.加菠萝和所有蔬菜
4.加入预煮米饭和意大利面条
最后加盐和酱油
