tonight the title is for tape from rice. this food can be said typical food. because all the people like the name of tape. there is cassava tape and there is also a rice tape .. tonight we make rice tape. how to make it very young. first we prepare the rice that has been cold .. then taruk in the container and then mix with yeast and stir until blended. when it's flat rice and yeast. prepare a container and make it according to taste form. put all the dough that has been in the form earlier into the container .. eat the tightly sealed container and banana leaf bud on it. let stand for 2 or 3 days. then so is the name of tape .. supposing rice that has been in permentasikan .. good luck .. thanks
malam ini judulnya buat tape dari nasi. makanan ini bisa di bilang makanan khas. karena semua kalangan suka dengan yang namanya tape. ada tape singkong dan juga ada tape nasi.. malam ini kita membuat tape nasi. cara membuatnya sangat lah muda. pertama kita siapkan nasi yang sudah dingin.. lalu taruk di dalam wadah dan kemudian campurkan dengan ragi dan aduk sampai rata. kalau sudah rata nasi dan ragi. siapkan satu wadah dan buatlah sesuai selera bentuknya. masukkan semua adonan yang sudah di bentuk tadi kedalam wadah.. makan tutup rapat wadah tersebut dan taruk daun pisang di atasnya. diamkan selama 2 atau 3 hari. maka jadi lah yang namanya tape.. ibaratnya nasi yang sudah di permentasikan.. selamat mencoba.. terimakasih
