this looks amazing. Does it taste like avocado. I made an avocado chocolate mouse once and my kids would not touch it because somehow the avocado taste came through. My wizardry is not as good as yours :)

Someone else mentioned that's what they found too! Honestly, I don't know if it was the type of avo I used but I couldn't taste it at all and like I already admitted, I don't like avos lol!
I think to mask it, you've got to put a lot of chocolate. I use raw cacao powder which is really rich and needs to be mixed with a sweet additive to help balance it out because it's just very strong otherwise.
Try it and let me know how it goes. If it helps, the avos I was using were yellow insides. I wish I could give you the name but it's Bali and it's hard for me to distinguish the actual varieties outside of what fruit/veg they are haha =D Good luck to you <3
