Resep yang ingin saya bagikan hari ini yaitu cara memasak Terong Ungu Tumis Cabai Hijau.
Masakan ini sangat sederhana, tapi rasnya sangat lezat dan cocok untuk dijadikan lauk. Anda ingin mencobanya, ini resepnya.

Bahannya
3 buah terong ungu
1 sendok makan tauco

Bahan yang diiris
10 cabai hijau
1 buah tomat
2 siung bawang merah
1 siung bawang putih

Bumbu yang dihaluskan
3 cabai merah
2 siung bawang merah
1 siung bawang putih
1 cm jahe
Terasi secukupnya

Caranya

  1. Potong terong sesuai selera dan goreng sebentar.

  2. Panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak secukupnya.
    Kemudian masukkan bahan yang sudah diiris.

  3. Aduk sebentar, masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dan tauco.

  4. Sambil diaduk tambahkan sedikit air, garam dan gula secukupnya, tunggu hingga matang.

  5. Kemudian masukkan terong. Aduk sebentar dan selesai.
