Dear fellow Steemit greetings, this time I will show you how to make a rich, healthy and very nutritious "Pumpkin Cream Cheese"; very easy to do, besides being very nutritious homemade because of its high content of vitamins and minerals such as: Calcium, Sodium, Iron, Potassium, Vitamin A, C, B, K, E, D, etc. It is a very complete vegetable. I HOPE YOU LIKE MY CHEESE CREAM !.
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 grs of Pumpkin.
- 100 grams of Cream Cheese.
- 1 sprig of chives.
- 1 sprig of coriander
- 2 peppers (1 red and 1 yellow).
PREPARATION:
- Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and cook with 1 cup of water.
- Finely chop the dressings.
- We add the cream cheese.
- Place everything in the blender or chopper.
- Add salt at your wish.
- Blend until desired consistency.
- (NOTE): (We can sprinkle some striped cheese at the end if we wish).
IN VENEZUELA IT IS IDEAL TO EAT IT WITH BREAD, AREPA, COOKIES, YUCA OR CASABE! , A DELIGHT!

That looks delicious! I spent an hour and a half on the 31st trying to find pumpkins for carving but everywhere had sold out! I was planning to make pumpkin mash with them too!
