try to be vegetarian for a while. this is not an ideology, not an advise, not manipulating my steemian friends....
just a recommendation
chose a period of time (one day, a week or ...) and avoid meet, fish, chicken, pork, beef etc
eat raw or cooked vegs, diaries, honey and egg

Meh, my family is half & half. my sister and I are woke, but my parents are consumers of meat.
