Hi, Today's local cooking on Japanese dining^^
こんにちは。
Left one is the name of Yanagawa. It is cooked of egg, eggplant, Dashi(Japanese soup stock made from fish and kelp) and pork.
It tastes really good when we eat it with rice^^
On the right, there are flied soba. We Japanese normally eat soba with soup, so it is very irregular for us to enjoy the way like this. But really delicious.
Center one is Edamame which means green soybeans in English. We Japanese eat them with solt and beer.
To Japanese company men, typically eat this set after released from tired business time^^
今日は家で枝豆とやながわと言われる料理、そばの揚げを食べました^^
これは枝豆の炊き込み御飯^^
This is rice cooked with Edamame.
今日も美味しい夜ご飯でした^^
Enjoyed this dinner.
