Coffee - good or bad for healthy liver and hearth?

in #food3 years ago (edited)

There are so many things about the coffee online and science studies, but while it is not clear weather it is good or bad ultimately for our health it is obvious that the coffee is one of the favorite drinks in the world.

I personally prefer a cup of coffee over tea, but it is because of the culture that predominantly favors coffee.

While tea is OK, the coffee comes first.

I usually do not drink more than two cups per day. I don't intend to change that habit unless it is detrimental for my health.

Coffee on its own is not a big issue.

I have a low blood pressure so the coffee may help me to keep it normal. But the sugar, cream or milk can be an issue for some other things.

It is a fact that too much caffeine causes hypertension in people who are prone. But also, too much coffee can influence the cholesterol levels.

In general, the coffee helps the liver to perform better, but too much of it can be a very bad idea.

Personally I think that the mixed coffee drinks, the same as many others, with various additives, emulsifiers and preservatives can cause multiple health issues even if they are labeled as safe.
