I would like to introduce to you my mother.
The maker of this special recipe of desserts and rice cakes.
My mother is 65 years old and when I ask her where did she learn this kind of cooking skills,shes always answering from her mother..
Recently she just retired in her work as a government employee and after that she got an idea that what if she just make a bussiness.
Every morning shes going into the market to buy some fresh taro and rice..

This is the ginataang bilo-bilo
Its like a dessert with many fruit ingredient.
Its very delecious and tasty.
This is the suman in english I think it is a rice cake?
Wrapped with banana leaf.
And made with pure sticky rice.
