Enchilada
A dish with a mysterious southern name is traditional Mexican rolls of tortillas. They are completely replaced by lavash. The preparation will take you less than 15 minutes, but a little more time will be needed for baking.
Ingredients:
150 gr. ham, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
finely chopped greens
200 gr. grated cheese
10 round tortillas or pita breads
6 eggs
1 glass of cream or milk
1 tbsp. l. flour
1 tsp salt
Preparation: first mix the filling: ham, pepper, greens and half of cheese. Lay out the filling on tortillas or pita bread, wrap with rolls. Put them in a greased baking dish. Prepare the filling: whisk eggs with milk or cream, add flour and salt. Pour enchiladas, cover the form with foil and put in an oven, heated by 180 degrees, for 35 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake for another 10 minutes to make the cheese melt.
