Ingredients

1 kg of medium size shrimp
5 medium potatoes
1 coconut (coconut milk)
7 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
7 red chili peppers
taste coriander (to taste)
1 segment of ginger
1 segment of turmeric
5 pieces of green chili
3 stems of temuruy leaves (curry leaves)
Salt to taste
4 cardamom grains
5 pieces of chili pepper (to taste)
5 tablespoons of cooking oil to stir fry seasoning

Step

Bahan-bahan
8 porsi
1 kg udang ukuran sedang
5 bh kentang ukuran sedang
1 butir kelapa(santan)
7 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
7 buah cabe merah
secukupnya Ketumbar (sesuai selera)
1 ruas jahe
1 ruas kunyit
5 buah cabe hijau
3 batang daun temuruy (daun kari)
Garam secukupnya
4 butir kapulaga
5 buah cabe rawit (sesuai selera)
5 sendok makan minyak goreng untuk menumis bumbu
2 buah tomat potong 4 bagian
Langkah
Bersihkan udang dan belah punggung udang jika udangnya berbentuk besar agar nantik bumbunya meresap semua beri garam dan jeruk nipis lalu kupas kentang potong menjadi 4 bagian.
Haluskan cabe merah,tambahkan cabe rawit (jika ingin lebih pedas secukupnya) tambahkan bawang merah,bawang putih,kunyit,ketumbar,kapulaga
Tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan beri daun temuruy masak hingga bumbu agak sedikit masak dan harum masukkan udang kemudian masukkan santan dan tomat aduk jangan sampai santan pecah, lalu masukkan kentang dan garam dan cabe hijau tunggu hingga udang masak dan kentang empuk.
Masakan siap disajikan cukup untuk 8 porsi
enak dimakan disaat siang hari dengan air dingin atau bisa juga untuk piknik bersama keluarga anda kepuncak
