Новая диета

Я придумал и теперь придерживаюсь новой диеты.

Я назвал ее "Снижающимся гликемическим индексом"

Суть диеты:

  1. завтрак продуктами с гликемическим индексом (ГИ) равным 50
  2. обед ГИ 30-50
  3. ужин ГИ 10-30

Остальные показатели я не учитываю, такие как калорийность или "белки-жиры-углеводы".

Пишите, если вам интересны результаты и трудности этой диеты.

Первый взгляд: это диета для полных людей, ведущих малоподвижный образ жизни.

Первая трудность: несладкий чай не с чем пить, кроме горького шоколада и фруктов.
