RE: HEALTHY TUNA SALAD

in #food8 years ago

Thanks for your recipe! The salad seems very delicious. When I was a little boy, my mother always made tuna salad sandwiches for me. By the way,I am not too interested in tuna. I like steamed salmon more. Anyway, keep the good works.

Sort:

An extremely important thing about is exactly what tuna is used.

This should not be underestimated.

Eating tuna fish can be dangerous to our health.

During the conservation process, the fish can be poisoned with histamine, which is formed in the body of the fish in poor storage. Consuming poisoned fish with histamine leads to severe food poisoning.

There are even deaths in Australia.

Fish generally available in cans are not recommended for pregnant, young children and breastfeeding mothers.

So be careful what tuna fish you are using and possibly not a can

I first know about it.
Thank you!

oh dear, but everything is bad for us, vegetables, meat, dairy fruit.... its all grown with pesticides and poison!

I am sure that over time, more and more people will begin to return to nature ... not so much in the literal sense as just starting to grow their own vegetable fruits, etc.

Every day, people have little confidence in the industry, the mega corporations, and the shadowy people who move everything like puppetmasters for the sake of bigger profits and the smallest possible cost.

None of them cares about people's health ... everything is just money, money and money

yeah i agree its too difficult now!!

In thermodynamics there is such a concept as a critical point.

Passing it then there is no going back.

Here we are talking about something else, but my thought is that with our greed we have already passed our critical point and no longer back.

That's why I think nothing good is waiting for us in the near future even though I'm optimistic at birth...

(too much off-topic... sorry for that)

I totally agree!

heheheh yeah I'm more of a salmon girl, but i like tinned tuna :)
