This time I will share recipe cooking egg to stemian friend with unique innovation.
Typical Indian
Material :
2 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon
1 black cardamom
2 cardamom leaves
2 cloves
1 large red onion, finely chopped
2 tsp ginger, chopped
2 teaspoons of garlic, chopped
Green chili to taste, finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 large tomatoes, crush them
6 boiled eggs, peeled and cut
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1/2 cup or more of water
Coriander, finely chopped. For sprinkling.
How to make :
Hot oil in a sticky pan over medium heat.
Add bay leaves, cinnamon, black cardamom, cardamom leaves and cloves. Stir for 30 seconds. Add the onion and a little salt, mix well, cover and cook for about 15 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Add ginger and garlic, stir well and cook for 5 minutes until the onions turn brown and the oil begins to separate from the mixture. Add green chilies and tomatoes, mix well, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Be sure to stir multiple times.
Remove the cover and keep cooking until the oil begins to separate from the mixture again.
Add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix it flat. Add the pieces of boiled eggs, salt and a little water and mix well.
Add Green Beans (cooked in microwave for 1 minute with a little water) and Garam Masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Typical American
Material :
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Butter
How to cook :
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper as usual. Shake until all is well blended.
Heat the butter in a sticky non-stick skillet. Then pour the egg batter and wait until the set. If the egg dough begins to harden, then back and forth using a fork. Make sure the eggs are cooked evenly.
Stir until the eggs are cooked whole. Then, lift and set aside.
- Baked Eggs - Typical Italian
Material :
4 large chicken eggs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 zucchini, chopped lengthwise
1 red bell pepper, cut 3/4-inch
1 box cut tomato 1 inch
½ tsp dried basil
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 clove of red onion, sliced
½ teaspoon salt & ¼ teaspoon black pepper
How to make :
Preheat the oven. Then prepare a sticky pan.
Put tomatoes, pepper, zucchini, onion, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a pan and give a little vegetable oil. Enter in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Prepare a small round mold. Then spread with vegetable oil. Treat this vegetable evenly in the cup. Make a hole in the middle of the vegetables (thus forming like a vegetable bowl). Then add one egg into each cup. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place the cup on a baking sheet and bake until the egg is cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
