This sounds like a knee jerk reaction that will make lots of money wort case. The only encouraging part is that small businesses (10 or less) don't have to comply which doesn't make any medical sense .....they are just not worth it money-wise to go after.
Interesting that they start with coffee and there is no end to where they can expand this enterprise to, knowing how we cook/roast every thing we consume.
