Hello steemians just want to share to my menu for today..
Ingredients:
Onion
Tomato
Green leafy vegetables
Beans
Fish
What to do:
Wash the fishes. Make sure it’s fresh
Prepare the spices and make it boil. For about a minute.
When it’s boil put the fish and season to taste.
Then it’s done....
This is healthy food with no preservatives
Also good for a nursing mother
