I prefer frying fish than boiling or even baking, what can i say, i just love the crispyness of frying.
We usually buy fresh fish in bulk and store them in the freezer, that way we can cook fish at anyday that we feel like.

Here is my simple yet everyday go to recipe for fried fish.
1 tspn of garlic paste
1 tbspn of soy sauce
1 tspn of fresh chilli blended
1/2 tspn black pepper
Salt to taste
Juice from 3 lemons
1/4 tspn turmeric powder
I mix all the ingredient on a small bowl, here is a picture, the mixture is watery due to the lemon juice
Then i pour it on the fish. Let it marinate for about 30 mins and they are ready for frying...
