Breakfast is a very important thing to do in the morning, because with this can give us energy to be ready to move energetically. There are many healthy foods to make as breakfast like fresh bread with brown or cheese jam.
****But here I choose to have breakfast with Martabak Egg because I like it. as it is known that the egg has lots of protein and is good for health.****
