Cake:
1/2 kg of wheat flour

1x Spoon of Salt
5 tablespoons of oil
Pack of dried yeast (per 1/2 kg of flour) or 5 dag of fresh yeast and 3 tablespoons of milk

Sauce:
3 shaved spoonfuls of tomato concentrate
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup of water
Components:
20 dag of sliced
ham
Pineapple can (or better still fresh, peeled and cut into small pieces of pineapple)
20 dag hard mozzarella
If you have fresh yeast: put them in a bowl, add warm milk and sugar, stir well, leave to warm place for 10 minutes.
Add the flour to the large bowl, add salt, knead and add yeast (ten kinds as you have) and through warm water glasses. Mix and make for 2-3 minutes. After receiving a homogeneous mass, add the oil and carefully knead it with the dough.
Remove the cake from the bowl, bowl with a rash, put the cake, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes to rise - the cake is ready. Cook the oven to 220 degrees.
Prepare by thoroughly mixing all the ingredients. Mozzarella wipe on a thick mesh. Ham slice into small pieces. Pineapple drape and cut into cubes about 1 cm.
Spread the dough over the flour. Raise the edges. Spread the cake before baking with sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella. Spread evenly between the ham and pineapple pieces. Sprinkle with thickly ground pepper.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or sprinkled with flour.
Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Pizza is ready when the edges are browned.
