HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS PORK EAR ROLLS

This article will guide you to make delicious crispy pork ears to help you have a new and unique dish to invite friends and relatives to enjoy.
Ingredient:
* 500g pig ears.
* 500g pork tongue.
* 300g pork cheek or nose meat.
* 100g wood ear.
* 1 cup delicious fish sauce.
* Spices: pepper, seasoning, red onion…

Step 1: The pig's ears, tongue and cheeks are washed thoroughly with salt and shaved off. Then boil a pot of boiling water, blanch, clean again and remove odors, rinse again with filtered water and drain. Thinly slice each piece. Wood ear soaked in warm water for about 5-10 minutes to bloom, then wash, cut off the legs and slice thinly.


Step 2: Put all types of meat with wood ear in a large bowl, add a little delicious fish sauce, 1 spoon of seasoning powder, 1 spoon of pepper, 1 spoon of main noodles and mix well for about 15-20 minutes for the meat to infuse.


Step 3: Put the pan on the stove, add a little oil and then add the meat mixture and stir-fry. Stir continuously to reduce fat and cook evenly. When the meat is slightly scorched and the fat begins to melt, add a little pepper and season to taste.

Note, how to stir-fry the meat is very important, the meat is not crushed and not solid, it must be soft, so it will not be hard when closing.

Step 4: Prepare a stainless steel mold with one end fixed.
Step 5: Put the fried meat into the mold, use chopsticks or a wooden spoon to press it evenly, do not compress too tightly. Note that the fried meat must still be hot enough while putting it in the mold. Then wrap the banana leaves, cover with a lid and wait for the sausage to cool, put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.


Step 6: Cut spring rolls into bite-sized pieces, when eaten, can be eaten with pickled onions and cucumbers.
