Happy thursday to all, today I will be sharing with you guys one of my favorite breakfast for when I am in a rush or just don´t feel like eating too early in the day. Really quick and easy and you can adapt it and make it your own way.
The ingredients I used for this shake was, 1 banana, 1 cup of oats, a handful of spinach, cinnamon powder to taste, ginger powder to taste and some chia seeds, I mixed them all with a cup of water because I don´t consume milk and voila.
Like I said you can make it your own way and you can add many other things to it but this one is one of my favorites. I will soon share more of these with you guys.
