Hello everyone today I am sharing with you guys another favorite shake I like to make in the morning or even at night sometimes if I don't feel like eating too late.
Started by using 1 frozen banana, I freeze them so they can last longer. About 25grams of blueberry, I had more but I ended up eating some last night. Used some left over spinach, a packet of oats and some chia seeds. Here again I used water instead of milk. Blend and enjoy.
