We are getting ready to change the menu over the next month and I thought I’d post some pics of the greats from the current menu.

Cured albacore on soba with Daikon pickled ginger cilantro Fresno pepper with quail ajituke and togorachi. Super nice.

The duck. Classic!! Rare roasted duck breast on an orange infused mochi waffle with Bok choy and a rhubarb cherry conpote and house made Kecap Manis. Mmmmmm

Sumac seared prawn with a sweet chilli peach salsa and a basmati coconut crab cake. Avocado and ginger aioli

The halibut. Shallot tartar, watermelon mint and watercress salad. Rainbow seaweed and lavender syrup.

So nice.

I think we will be keeping similar versions of the tuna and duck plates
