What day is your day off from regular work? What do you usually do? My family is probably no different from many other families.
Normally, our day off from regular work (company) is Sunday. There is not much housework because we do it every day as usual. Sweeping and mopping the house alternately.
My daughter irons her school uniform. Her father washes and cleans the car. After breakfast, he waits to pick up passengers to earn extra income after his regular work.
My grandparents do not use much physical labor because they are old.😅 They have a TV to watch news and boxing. As for the elderly, as long as the TV does not break down and they are happy in their daily lives, stressing too much will make them deteriorate quickly.😉
