I want to share how much bonding we do. We are used to it here in the Philippines when the sea is low we go to the sea and look for any seafood. But before all this, I want to thank the Lord for giving us a good life and courage for our daily activities in life.
So, I will continue with my writing to attract you to our place. This is what we Filipinos love when the sea is shallow because most Filipinos love kinds of seafood, especially sea urchins and others. If you can see the water, the sea is slowly going down, but others have started looking for food, but we will wait for the sea to be shallower so that it is clear and easy to find food.
So, hehe, that's just the intro, I'm not done yet, I'm showing you the only seas, maybe because some people haven't seen it yet, there is still some rice sitting hehe because the Pinoys traditionally like us to eat rice so that they don't lose their way when the work is heavy.
This is us after gathering kinds of seafood, it's fun right hehe just wait there's more I want to introduce to you I know if the others here already know something because @mrnightmare89 always shares something like this. My friends and my family friends are always together at these parties, especially when it comes to the sea because we share the same passion for catching sea urchins and other kinds of seafood.
As you can see we are happily eating while talking, others with us were standing and others were sitting.
It hasn't started yet, as you can see in the picture, it has just finished getting kinds of seafood. After the photoshoots, hehe, it will be eaten. Oops wait my bad hehe, it turns out that the picture of me eating was earlier, I missed it, sorry. But that's ok, the important thing is that the sharing process was followed.

Okay but this one hehe I don't know what it's called in English but in the Visaya dialect, I know we call it "BANGAS" tall thorns and black in color and delicious to eat especially with the sauce. Some of them are hard to pick up because they are stuck to the rock, and others are just on the ground.
It is one of my friend's favorites because its flesh is hard and does not tear easily. It is different from other urchins because its shell is hard and does not break easily. This is the favorite food of parrot fish because this is the bait we will use when we catch parrot fish, we will put it in the fish trap and the fish will enter and eat after they can't get out.
This is what we call here in our area ''Dapao-Dapao'' in the Visaya dialect. It's easy to get him because this kind of urchin is buried in the ground. he is also different from the ''Bangas'' that I was talking about earlier because that one is attached and this one is buried they have different mechanisms of hiding against their predators.
This is my favorite because of its sweet and creamy taste. Mostly here in our province ''Dapao-Dapao'' is the easiest to eat because of its sweet and tasty flesh.
Who knows this? hehe I know if there is anyone who knows this, we just have different names because we are of different nationalities, right?
We call it ``Lukot'' or we called nearby seaweeds maybe hehe because they share the same color as seaweeds. We eat it raw because it is delicious when eaten raw and of course, it comes with unions, vinegar, salt, and aji.
Of course, you can't miss ''Kinilaw'' or raw fish with cucumber because no matter where you are here in the Philippines, it's traditional because Filipinos eat ''Kinilaw'' or raw fish with cucumber. We call it ''Bangsi'' or Flyingfish in English, there are many of them in our area because there is an area here that sells these fish.
This is the flesh of the assorted urchins we got. If you can see they are very good to eat and you can't get enough of eating them all the meat so tender and my mouth started watering.
We call it ''Paja-Paja'' it is also difficult to find because it is hidden in the rocks or buried in the rocks. Be careful when handling it because its shell is itchy, it might be its depends on the mechanism in case someone tries to take it but it's delicious. I don't care if it itches, the important thing is that I can eat you haha.
Just look at the orange-colored meat so yummy and creamy also like ''Dapao-Dapao'' they are not far apart in taste, delicious and mind-blowing hehe
I call it ''Tuyom'' or a black urchin hehe, it's a different breed of urchin, it's also delicious, but its thorns are very sharp, it's dangerous for children because the thorns can be very painful.
All urchins are delicious they just taste different because they are different breeds they are the same urchins but their mechanisms are different.
This is the meat of "Dapao-Dapa" that I was telling you about earlier if you can see it the above is small but meaty tasty and creamy hehe. What are you waiting for? If you have it in your place, I recommend it to you. It's delicious.
And this is the meat of ''Bangas'' the back and the long spine urchin which is always attached to the rock. Look at the shocking meaty, I know most of them have not yet tasted it, only the Filipinos in the provinces.
This is the most popular in the country we called ''Suwaki'' the color full urchin and of course creamy meaty and very tasty. It is the most difficult of all urchins to find because it hides in seaweed. This is what people here always look for when the sea is at low tide because of its best taste. Whatever menu you want to make this urchin is delicious super delicious it can blow your mind out hehe.
I saw this urchin somewhere in South Korea they made it a special menu I see on youtube and not only this one all of them.
This is the best pair if you're going to eat seafood, what we always look for when we go to the sea is the sweet potato, because only he knows how much he makes us happy when we eat urchins hehe.
It's really delicious when paired with seafood, it's different from cooked rice. it is this firstness that cannot be exchanged for anything because this is our traditional food for how many years until now it still hasn't faded. I am grateful to the farmers who do not stop farming because of the hardships of life, they have to work together just so that their families can have something to eat.
Without them we can't taste this food, without them we don't have vegetables and other things. Because my grandfather used to be a farmer so I am proud of him because with my grandfather I can taste food from the farm. Okay, I'm back to our topic a little bit because I'm getting away from my topic hehe, but it's okay, I want to explain to you the meaning of farmers.
So the sweet potatoes we brought are different colors violet and yellow they are all delicious.
This is a strange strategy menu, my friend said let's change some of these because his grandfather said it tastes even better when you do it. My friend said you get a coconut and I'll take care of it. so I hastily grabbed some coconut leaves because what he was going to do is cook the urchins because his grandfather said that urchins are delicious when cooked.
Look at what my friend did with the sea urchin-like it was grilled haha. My friend said that his soup is delicious when cooked and the urchin meat is getting more delicious.
So what I did was wait for the urchin to cook. And after a few minutes, my friend said that the grill urchin is ready and ready for us to eat we took it together and tasted the grilled urchin together and when I tasted the urchin it was WOW! I just enjoy it.
The taste of the urchin is so delicious, that I didn't think it would taste better than the raw urchin. Try it hivers, urchin is really delicious when grilled promise very very delicious the taste and the texture are so amazing. I didn't even take a picture of the grill urchin's filling because I forgot because it was so delicious haha
You will forget its delicious taste and especially its soup, let's eat friends.
