GOOD EATS!!
From the local brewpub up the street. A very nice stone fired pizza. From their website:
- Ricotta-Lemon Cream, Mozzarella, Goat Cheese, Romano Cheese, Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Garlic, Onions, Fresh Thyme, Cracked Pepper, Fresh Lemon
It definitely delivered on everything promised. I still could have used a fresh lemon wedge to squeeze to help cut some of the cheesy creaminess. A dash of fennel heavy Italian sausage would have been a nice touch as well but then you are out of the meatless zone and I think that's what this pizza excels really at.

Waffle cut fries, the best fries, loaded!! From their website:
- Waffle Fries served in a hot skillet layered with Arkansas Cheese Dip and topped with BBQ Slab Bacon, Verde Salsa, Green Onion, Pickled Onion, "Rotel-ish" Southern Green-Chile Tomato Salsa, Jalapeños, and Sour Cream.
It really did taste just like classic Rotel/Velveeta Sunday Football cheese dip. SO....... It was delicious. I'm not sure if it's hard or easy to take something you've elevated to restaurant quality like their cheese dip and bring it back down to straight out of the microwave but it works here in ways I thought it wouldn't. The bacon was cut a bit big which lent to some over fatty pieces but this is still a dish I would order again.
