Sunday is my day for the cooking experiments. All my folks are usually home and I can get a fair share of opinions on my newest 'artwork'.
The cooking is a form of an art and I behave like that towards the food. This doesn't include the cooking, but finding appropriate ingredients and preparing fresh food.
Hardly you can make a mistake with the fresh, organic food and if you pay attention how to use dish wear and kitchen appliances.
When people first started using house appliances, during the Victorian age there was so many accidents in then households.
The Sundays are also my day for the shopping, and we try to do it as early as possible. That is not because we are in the hurry but because I like to avoid traffic jams, nervous people and too many people in the big shopping malls. Usually Sunday mornings are nice and quiet for this activity.
I also like to clean the fridge during the Sunday, and this means spend all there is to 'reset' the supply. I also make sure to clean the fridge for real, and disinfect it.
If you are in a hurry and have to do it, plug out the fridge, take out the supplies and shelves, spray the fridge and close it. After you washed the shelves, wash and wipe the fridge.
When you are sure the chemical you used for washing is gone, arrange the shelves and food. I use common degreaser which is rather strong, but you can use anything to disinfect it.
The most important thing is to keep it squeaky clean, because germs simply love your fridge the same you do.
