Day off

Hello dear friends.

Today was a quiet day. I was doing some exercises with my friend, showing her how a hive works. She doesn't understand its essence yet, but she's looking closer.

For lunch I made soup, and we ate everything left over from the previous day.

In the morning, I made an eggplant salad. Yesterday, I left some of the eggplants and boiled them.

I boiled the eggplants for 10 minutes and pulled them onto a plate to cool. Many people press the eggplants with a press to drain off excess liquid, but I don't do that.

In the morning the eggplants had cooled down. I cut them into cubes and added fresh tomatoes, salad peppers, and onions. I cut everything into cubes. I seasoned them with my favorite spices, vinegar, and sunflower oil. The salad turned out delicious.

In the evening I decided to make hot sandwiches. My son loves these sandwiches and he asked me to make them.
