Today I got home early. I decided to cook something different for my family. I battered the fish and friend it. Also fried the cauliflower with the leftover oil.
Used peanuts butter and hazelnut spread made a fruit wrap as dessert for the kids. There are some sugar in the chocolate spread and peanut butter but so much better than store bought sweets. And they get the fresh fruits from

I don’t usually eat too sweet myself also trying to cut on carbs, so I made a little something from half banana. That was just enough for fixing my cravings for sweets.
You just reminded me that I have cauliflower in the freezer. Your family is lucky to have this food. You may call it simple but it's much more thought out then many would do for their family. Not a desert person but I must admit, I could dive into those peanut butter hazelnut fruit wraps!😋
I love “veggie hot wings” made from cauliflower but it’s harder to make at home as it need deep fryer. So what’s in the picture was an attempt lol. Yes I feel the same way about sweets, regular deserts in Canada I find them too much sugar ( if I bake myself I usually cut the sugar and replace with honey. I make them way less sweet than it suppose to taste like) but also I’m not much of a baker so I like to make fruit deserts. This wrap was delicious kids loved it so much.
