Mie Tiaw or commonly also called Kwetiau is a noodle made from rice flour, sago flour, and some other ingredients. This noodle has a thin and flat shape with a clean white color.
Mie Tiaw is sold in wet and dry form. If buying wet noodles make sure the noodles are freshly made and fresh, while for dry noodles note the expiration date and the condition of the packaging.
Dry Tiaw noodles must be heated or boiled first before being processed into the desired dish.
