Panna Cotta : a cold italian dessert made with double cream, vanilla bean and milk. Served with caramel syrup, pistachio, fresh fruit and home made strawberry ice cream. It may look simple, but it takes lots of steps to perfect this dish.
義式奶凍: 很有名的義大利甜品。主要成分有奶油，鮮奶，香草。搭配上焦糖，開心果，鮮果和自制的草莓冰淇淋。
看似簡單的甜點，要做的好其實不簡單。

thank you ~ 真的很好吃~~ XD 甜度適中，滑口，自然香草氣濃厚 而不是香精味。整體來說算是我吃過非常棒的panna cotta 之一。 他唯一的敗點反而是它配的鮮果。藍梅澀，草莓不夠甜而且熟度不夠。但這是供應商的錯。
