Based on today's category from @juliank about food photography, I will post one of Indonesian cuisine today Indomie goreng Aceh from Indofood.
A little bit story about mie Aceh. Mie Aceh (Acehnese Noodles) is noodles enrich with great recipe And spices. It is usually available in three categories such as fried noodles, fried noodles (a little bit water) and boiled noodles which consists some water. After well cooked and serving on the plate, Mie Aceh is usually completed by adding fried onion, melinjo crispy, slicing of onion, cucumber and sour orange.Therefore mie Aceh became famous in the world.
For those who are out of Aceh Area and want to taste it, Now Indofood has released a new product named as Mie Goreng Aceh which has similar taste. Make it Try.
Here are my cooking creation today as Chef:
cabbage, sprout, onion, cellery, mustard, and extra spices.
