Yes, Money!

This is one of my fav sauces to make too. It is so versatile. I'd have added a good glug of that red wine too and tarragon (sometimes a scraping of nutmeg). Delish.

Red wine went in my mouth directly :D

A grate of nutmeg would be great. Or some thyme and lemon juice rather than the basil or oregano.

Or some mushrooms...or capers...the list goes on and on, because YES! It is soooo versatile.
