That is some sugary awesomeness there. Would love to see the inside cross section of that. How thick is the churros? What is the ratio of churros to ice-cream?
I might have to throw my hat into this food photography ring one day. Looks fun.

I know! I didn't manage to get an inside shot. Too busy eating. But the churros are the normal thickness (around an inch thick), forming a hollow stack with ice cream in the middle. You should get on the food photography train!
