Ingridiets: chicken boneless breast ... 1 kg
Salt :::to taste
Black pepper :: to taste
Mustured paste : one tablespoon full
Onion : 1 medium size
Butter: 5-6 table spoon
Garlic powder : one table spoon
Tomatoes: two small
Capsicum: two medium size
Milk: half cup
White flour: one table spoon
Tikka masalha : two table spoon
Yogurt: half cup
Zarda colour: 1/3 tea spoon
Chilli flakes ine tea spoon
Procedure:
Marinate chicken with mustured sauce , salt n pepper. 15 to 30 minut only .
Take A pan n pour butter n onion sliced , cook it for 5 -7minuts . Dont let it brown and add garlic powder n fry for a minut n add tomatoes sliced cook it for 5 minuts n add mainated chicken cook it on medium heat for 10 minuts. Muc zarda colour in yoghurt and pour in pan mix well add tikka masalaha n add salt to taste .cook it until chicken is cooked well . Nod add cube cut capcicum and fry for 3 minuts n now add flour and milk mix it well n place it on dum for 2-3 minuts . Splinkle sone chilli flakes at the end n yummy mustured chicken is ready ...
