It's actually cheaper than an apartment or condo. I pay less than $300 usd per month including wifi and I only have a one month deposit on hold. Condos here take a 2 month deposit and are more expensive - maybe $600 in a less convenient location.

$300 is huge amount for me. Its more the my salary. But seeing the other figure, this one is good.

Hahaha. I live in Goa. It's beautiful and smallest state in India. Better known for tourism.
