Apam adalah makanan tradisional Aceh yang biasa dimasak pada bulan Rajab atau menjelang peringatan Isra Miraj. Tak mengherankan jika Bulan Rajab juga dikenal sebagai Bueleun apam dalam almanak Aceh.
Apam terbuat dari campuran tepung beras, santan, air kelapa, air putih, dan garam serta gula pasir. Untuk membuat apam, tepung gandum, tepung beras dan garam diaduk dalam keadaan kering. Setelah itu tambahkan santan serta air putih. Kemudian diaduk lagi hingga menjadi adonan cair.
