I prepared some steaks without the need of a grill.
First, I added salt and pepper to the steaks and let them get to room temperature. Then to the oven at 150 degrees Celsius over 30 minutes (these were ¾ well done, I would prefer medium rare but my wife doesn’t like it rare) for medium-well try 15-20 minutes.
After, using an iron pan in high heat sear the steaks with butter, thyme and garlic until I got a nice brown seared look. Cooled down for about 10 minutes and ready to eat! They were really good!
