This is one of my favourite food and I’ve not coming here to eat for a very long time. It is Kam Heong (Golden Fragrance) Fried Prawn. The spice blend includes dried shrimps, curry powder, shallots and garlic. This sauce is popularly used to stir fry clams, crabs and in this case, prawns.
