This kind of "soup" is one of the most typical dishes in the south of Spain.
The ingredientes are:
- Tomatoes
- Bread
- Garlic
- Vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
You can add different toppings as boiled egg, cured ham (jamón serrano), green or red pepper, onion...
It served cold, specially on summer time when the weather is the south of Spain is really hot.
