The people of Bangkok dry food in the open air a lot and also their laundry. It only goes inside if we have rain. We might get some rain today to clean the air. I hope so.
Drying the meat is a very old method to preserve it for long usage. It has been practiced since man took his first breath ( age of caves) and it is great to know that it is still practicing in the different corners of the world, Wonderful thing :)

The most important saurce of protein is fish.We all should eat fish to prevent undernutrition.

After some time it will make dirty smell, which nobody likes. But people still eat them.
They only had it there for one afternoon, so I think it is ok :)
