Binignit is a dessert soup made with coconut milk and is the most traditional food in Visayans especially when it is holy week (Good Friday).

This dish is made with coconut milk, tapioca pearls, saging (banana) saba, glutinous milled rice for the bilo bilo, sweet potato, brown sugar and jack fruit.

I really like the flavor and the texture as well of binignit. the sweetness is just right and it will really full your tummy when you eat a bowl of it.
