A buddy of mine and I eat goat brain raw on a regular basis for the nutrients because it's supposed to help with his disease. He wouldn't do it by himself so I went and bought them and I've been eating them with him ever since. Not too bad a taste, but tough texture. These are pictures from one time when we cooked them with eggs. We discovered then, that they were better tasting raw. Have yous ever eaten them. We ate some bugs when we were kids, but it was always because we lost a bet or to be silly or try to show we were brave.

It wasn't that bad. This grasshopper was cooked in oil with lots of spices. :)
