ugh I hate staying places that offer delicious but unhealthy food. I'm a bit of a glutton so without having healthy snacks my low self control will quickly stick my fingers into whatever sugary/carb filled treat it can get its hands on. Love the idea of bringing snacks like seaweed (a personal favorite of mine also) when going on trips!

The seaweed is a true life saver in these type of situations. I also bring sugar free drinks and my own PH balanced water.
The tap water in some places can really be harmful to your overall health.
