I don’t know about Filipinos but us Vietnamese are crazy about this dish. It’s spicy chicken topped with Parmesan cheese. The cheese melts in your mouth at just the touch of the tip of your tongue, and the spicy feels of the marinated chicken just makes you literally crazy and want more.
A plate like this cost about 7$ usd in Vietnam.
