What would you like to eat? ... healthy autumn snacks.
They say that the best autumn snack is an apple. Yes, I agree, but I added something else .... No it's not a pumpkin, it's a watermelon radish. I prepared a salad of apples and radish.
You will need:
1 small radish (Watermelon radish)
1 apple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
For refueling:
1-2 cloves of garlic,
zest of 1 lemon,
vegetable oil,
salt to your taste
Peel the red radish, grate.
Peel the apple from the peel and seeds, grate it and immediately pour it with lemon juice. Mix the finished ingredients.
For dressing: pass the garlic through a press, grind with lemon zest, add vegetable oil (I used olive oil), salt.
Pour salad dressing, mix thoroughly.

The bread goes well with this salad.
