Buckwheat with vegetables and tofu
Difficulty: easy
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
ingredients
For 4 people
- 250 g of organic buckwheat
- 2 organic zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- a green pepper
- 200 g of organic tofu
- 1 clove of garlic
- a teaspoon of turmeric
- olive oil - salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook the buckwheat in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes.
Do the same with tomatoes, green pepper and tofu.
In a frying pan, fry the chopped garlic in a little olive oil.
Add zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper and tofu.
Cook them for about 20 minutes.
Once the buckwheat is cooked, add it to the vegetables in the pan.
Add turmeric, salt and pepper and let simmer for a few minutes.
Variation: For more flavors, you can season this dish with thyme. Your taste buds will be more delighted!
