Today I was enjoying in the afternoon of this deliciousness that I show you in the photo, a delicious peach tart, to be honest I do not love peach, however I had cravings for tart, and decided to try this one. In addition, the tartlet looked so formal, so elegant, so delicious, that I caused myself to take a photograph in full confectionery.

I prepare this dessert, although I do not have as beautiful as in the bakeries; but I want to try again, for this I will share with you this recipe for a strawberry tart.

Ingredients:
- 250 ml of milk
- 3 buds
- vanilla essence
- 65 g sugar
- 20 g corn starch
- impalpable sugar
- 300 g strawberries / strawberries
For the mass:
- 250 g flour 0000
- 100 g impalpable sugar
- 150 g shortening
- vanilla essence
- 1 egg
Steps for preparation:
For the mass:
- Brush the sugar, the pinch of salt and the flour with the butter.
+Add the egg and the lemon zest. Take the dough. - Cool 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Stretch the dough and fontear the molds of tartlets.
- Cook with a load item (they can be chickpeas) for 10 minutes.
- Then remove it and finish cooking for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool. To make the pastry cream:
- Bring the milk to the first boil and 1/3 of the sugar.
- Mix the remaining sugar, the yolks, the starch and the vanilla essence in a bowl.
- When the milk boils, pour it over the bowl.
- Beat vigorously and return the preparation to the saucepan, beating constantly until it thickens.
- Pass the cream to a container, cover with film in contact and cool.
For the assembly:
- Place two tablespoons of pastry cream per tartlet.
- Finish with strawberries.
- Sprinkle with impalpable sugar.
